When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 on all orders, regardless of order size or location within the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that orders are processed within 7–10 business days due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our products. Once your order has been handed off to UPS, Bellora Haus is no longer responsible for the package. In the event of a lost, stolen, or delayed package, please open a claim directly with UPS and have your order number on hand as it will speed up the communications process.

Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
